Registration
Everyone pursuing a real estate career moves through various mandatory and elective stages to become a registered salesperson and then may pursue broker registration. The pre-registration courses fall under the title Real estate as a professional Career, Course 1, 2 and 3 General/Advanced (residential or Commercial) must be completed in sequence within 18 months from the Phase 1course start date. Students must pass an examination with a mark of not less than 75% at the end of each phase, before proceeding to the next. Students must be at least 18 years of age or older.
