Is it really possible to pass the three courses and start to sell Property in 3 Months?
Yes, it is possible to get the License in less than 4 months. It takes 1 month each for the Course 1 and Course 2 (with a week to get the results between exams), and another month for the Course 3. The delay is due to the availability of dates for the Real Estate Exams. (Exams are conducted on Saturday only.)

What happens after passing the Course 3 exams?
Your need to start your Articling period after joining a Real Estate Broker (which we could assist with). The broker becomes your mentor, who trains and guides you through the rest of the process. You can actively start to sell property (Residential or Commercial)

Do I have the basic attributes or skills to become a success in the real estate business?
People skills, self-discipline, confidence, persistence, and problem-solving are the fundamentals skills required to succeed in this process. Most brokers train to acquire such skills, but your personal ability takes you towards your goal. We assist you in choosing the right brokerage.

What other opportunities lie ahead?
A real estate career offers tremendous potential. Salespeople can achieve broker status and open their own brokerages, manage a brokerage office, or pursue specialized activities. These are only a few of many opportunities.

When is the tuition fee paid?
It is mandatory to register and pay all fees before attending the tutoring sessions.

Where and when are the classes held?
Classes are held in the mornings, afternoons and evenings 7 days a week and on weekends. We try to accommodate everyone, we are flexible on session timings with our students because we know many of you are working. Please call us for more information regarding the registration process
